  • Gateway to Healing is designed for people suffering from chronic illness who are either:

    1. New to brain retraining or

    2. Have done a brain program in the past but have had challenges understanding or putting it into practice

    If you’re not sure if the program is right for you, please reach out.

  • That’s okay.

    All the sessions are recorded and you will have 6 months to access them. It’s recommended you go back and rewatch them after you’ve had time to put the tools into practice.ption text goes here

  • When properly put into practice, brain retraining can help with a myriad of symptoms and chronic illnesses.

    Some of the most common symptoms and diagnoses Brea has helped with include:

  • That depends. If you’re having trouble putting a brain program into practice, then yes, definitely consider taking Gateway to Healing.

    If you’re successfully using neuroplasticity tools already, then you may want to consider doing individual coaching or Abundant Life group coaching.

    However, even those who are currently doing brain rewiring often benefit from taking the program since it provides additional Bible-based perspectives.

  • Joining a group coaching class or getting individual support is highly encouraged during the brain retraining process. In fact, the people who have the most success on their journeys are the ones who don’t stop with just taking a program; they get into groups and seek additional support.   • If you're new, you should begin your journey with a structured brain retraining program. Gateway to Healing is recommended before taking Abundant Life group coaching. You can also learn brain retraining through individual coaching sessions with Brea (minimum 8 sessions).

  • If you've taken a brain retraining program in the past but are having trouble putting it into daily practice, then Gateway to Healing would be a great first step. After that, join Abundant Life group coaching. You can also get individual coaching with Brea to begin healing.

  • Great! If you've already done a structured brain retraining program AND are putting it into daily practice, then you're ready to take Abundant Life group coaching!

  • Individual coaching may be your best next step. Whether you've taken a brain program already or are a complete newbie, Brea can guide you in the right direction on your journey to full healing in Christ.

  • If you've already taken a brain retraining program, you can get weekly support with Abundant Life group coaching. And no matter where you are on your journey (newbie or seasoned), Brea can provide ongoing support, goal-setting and accountability with individual coaching.

  • You're not alone, friend. If the thought of doing a program feels impossible, then individual coaching with Brea would be your best bet. She can break down the steps so they're easy to digest and walk you through at a pace that's comfortable for you. Please expect to do at least 8 sessions with Brea.
